  2. Stock Photos:Auction Lots may use Stock Photos. Stock Photos are not indicative of actual product condition, color, size, etc & should be considered examples. Refer to actual item photos included in every Lot.
  3. Sourcing:We may purchase for resale any of the following: customer returns, overstock, clearance, undeliverables, refused delivery, store closeouts, discontinued items etc. As such, conditions are variable or unknown. We will put forth our best effort to evaluate items and point out discrepencies from "new" condition in our listings. This may be either in the written descriptions or in item photos. Please reveiw listings carefully as well as take advantage of our open Inspection Hours so you may be completely satisfied with your purchase.
  4. Premium:All auctions have an 18% Buyers Premium.
  5. Payment:Your card on file with Equip-Bid will be automatically charged at the close of the auction. You must contact us at 402-413-2828PRIORto auction close for alternate payment arrangements or if you need to provide a Tax Exempt form. If you make alternate arrangements to pay in cash, please make sure to bring exact change.
  6. Pick up:All pick up is by appointment scheduled through your Invoice. Invoices will generate at the close of auction. If you cannot make your appointment you may send someone else with either a paper or digital copy of your invoice and a photo ID. They will be asked to sign when receiving your product. If you cannot make a scheduled appointment, you MUST CALL US PRIOR to the end of Load Out to make arrangements. You cannot reschedule within the app on the same day of your appointment! Appointments can ONLY be made within the scheduling app. Voicemail, emails, messages left for us will NOT constitute a valid appointment time.
  7. Abandonment:If you or your agent do not pick up during designated Load Out hours & it remains at PrimeTime and isNOT PICKED UP WITHIN 1 WEEK IT IS CONSIDERED ABANDONED & OWNERSHIP REVERTS TO PRIMETIME AUCTION. NO REFUNDS.

Open Box:Open Box represents several conditions, such as incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified for condition, may or may not be tested; could be fully functioning, or DOA, we have not necessarily tested. Open Box items may not be returned,SOLD AS-IS.No Refunds.

Damaged:These items have known damage.We will do our best to describe / picture the damage. We don't necessarily test for functionality. These could be items never used / owned, such as a grill that had shipping damage to the lid, but never put together or used. Could be scratch and dent, or could be totally broken, also may be incomplete / missing items.No Refunds.You are strongly encouraged to come view Damaged items during Inspection Hours which for this auction are Sunday April 2, Monday April 3, & Tuesday April 4 from 10:30am-5:30pm.

Buyer's Premium

This is an online-only auction bound by all legal rights and remedies in the state in which the auction occurs. Do not bid if you cannot agree to the terms of this contract or are not able to pay and pick up your items within the specified terms of each auction. Inspection:This auctiondoesoffer scheduled inspection dates.Call the affiliate at 402-413-2828 to schedule an inspection time upon request.

Payment:The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying.

Payment onsiteisaccepted at this locationin the form of cash.Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.

Pick-Up:If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page.Regardless of pick-up location, all payment arrangements must be made within one (1) day of the auction closing. If invoice payment arrangements are not made by this time, you authorize your card on file to be charged for the total amount of your invoice plus a $25.00 late fee. No late fees will be removed from an invoice once they are added.

If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe,you forfeit the items.Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.

Removal:Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.If you feel you have won an item and you have not received an email or the invoice is not shown on your dashboard, contact the Equip-Bid office by 9:00 am the morning following the close of the auction.

Refunds:If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund.No other refunds will be given as there is no expressed or implied warranty.Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.

Tax-Exempt Purchases:Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase withPrimeTime Auction,contact us at402-413-2828. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.

Liability:PrimeTime Auction‘s liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
